Sports Specific definition:
Specific training is the body's adaption to the nature of the stressor, which means as you participate in a particular sport your body will adapt to the stresses of that sport and will develop your body in such a fashion to help you perform for that sport.
Dynamic Fitness's Personal Trainers will help gear a program that develops the necessary strength, power, speed, agility, balance, muscular endurance, flexibilty and body composition to excel in your sport. Every sport is different and requires specific training.
